Archival Collections

    • Catalog holding recods for over 7 million collections from over 1,400 archival institutions.
    • Manuscript collections, book collections, and the American Memory project.
    • Access to a list of repositories with primary resources. Includes both national and international repositories.
    • Records of the Comission for Black and Indian Missions and the Bureau of Catholic Indian Missions contain correspondence with the Catholic Church Extension Society. Records of St. Francis Mission (South Dakota) which participated in the National Catholic Interscholastic Basketball Tournament, 1924–1941.

Consortia Involvement

A collaborative effort initiated by 8 Catholic colleges and universities to share their resources with scholars and members of the general public interested in the Catholic experience and research. The Catholic Research Resources Portal provides access to rare, unique or infrequently held materials in academic libraries and seminaries' special collections and archives.

CRRA dissolved in 2023 but the resources created by the consortia continue as the CRRA program within .
