The 黑料门University Chicago community mourns the death of Sean Hellems, a graduate student in the School of Social Work.
Sean specialized in the Leadership and Development track of his masters program and was completing his internship with the Corporation for Supportive Housing. Goutham M. Menon, PhD, dean and professor in the School of Social Work, said, 鈥淭hose who knew Sean, remember him as being extremely talented academically and engaged with everyone in meaningful ways. He was prepared to become an excellent social work professional before his untimely death.鈥
Condolences may be sent to Sean鈥檚 stepmother, Raygenea Hellems, 4019 Green Meadow Drive, Hannibal, Missouri 63401-6240.
