Reporting Services

Financial Systems has been working to convert all Finance related reports in WebFOCUS to Reporting Services.  Many, but not all, reports are now available and have been validated in the new system. 

To access the business intelligence systems navigate to:

FAQ

How can I sign up for training?

We are hosting various training sessions throughout the month of May 2025. Each session will focus on different report categories, with an in-depth review of each report.

Attendance should be based on your access level and reporting needs. Please review the attached 
 to determine which sessions are most relevant to you.

Will I still receive emailed reports?

The reports currently emailed from Grntcon@luc.edu and FinancialSystems@luc.edu via WebFOCUS will be transitioned to the new platform as soon as possible. Until the transition is complete, reports will continue to be delivered through the WebFOCUS reporting platform. While we do not have a specific timeline for this transition, we will provide updates as they become available. 

How long will I have access to WebFocus BI Reports?

As part of this transition, the WebFOCUS BI Reports for most Finance areas will be retired after the 2025 fiscal year-end. We encourage all users to familiarize themselves with the new Financial Reports in Microsoft Reporting Services before that time.  

How can I get additional accounting unit or level access?

A System Access Request Form (Instructions) should be used to establish new or revised access to the Financial Reports in Reporting Services. For existing users, an AU/Level Access Form (Instructions) can be used to request additional or revised access for one AU or Level.

How can I review my access?

You can review your access to Financial Reports, Signature Authority, and Lawson Requisition Center by using the  in Financial Reports.

I don’t have access to Reporting Services, what should I do?

To request access to Financial Reports, submit an access form to FinancialSystems@luc.edu

I’m off campus - why can’t I log in?

When accessing Reporting Services off-campus, you must connect to Loyola’s network using  GlobalProtect
