LUie Digital Assistant/Chatbot
LUie, Loyola's Digital Assistant/Chatbot, is currently being piloted to provide students and 黑料门members with quick, accurate answers to common questions that otherwise would require a phone call or hunting through 黑料门web sites. In Fall 2019, 黑料门launched the pilot program to test an artificially intelligent digital assistant. LUie can be found as the the digital assistant at the following sites:
- Office of the Bursar
- Campus Card
- Residence Life
- Academic Advising
