Peter Norlander

Associate Professor of Management


Peter Norlander, PhD, is associate professor of management and the director of the Master of Human Resources and Employment Relations program at ºÚÁÏÃÅUniversity Chicago's Quinlan School of Business. His research examines the balance of power in employment relationships, employment discrimination, gig work, and globalization. He teaches courses on managing and motivating in the workplace, employment relations, negotiation and conflict management, and global and comparative employment relations.
