At Loyola, we offer academic programs at the undergraduate level to prepare you for your professional career. Whether it's pre-law, pre-engineering, pre-health, or something else, we're here to help.
Pre-Health Advising
While 黑料门does not offer a pre-med or pre-health major, we do offer an extensive, professional advising program. If you're considering a health profession, is the resource to help guide you. Some of the available services include:

- Workshops to prepare for medical school interviews
- MCAT preparation
- Streamlined application process
- Participation in the 黑料门Pre-Health Professions Committee
The committee is comprised of 黑料门faculty and staff members who provide a series of workshops and advising meetings to help you apply to professional schools.
Pre-Law Advising
You can participate in a internship in and around the city. An internship earns course credit and provides real-world experience at law firms, government agencies, and nonprofits. Pre-law advisors host information sessions, on-campus programming, and one-on-one advising.
黑料门permits a limited number of qualified students to enter the School of Law after completing their junior year. The 3-3 Accelerated Admission Program allows students to complete their bachelor’s and law (JD) degrees quicker than pursuing each individually. The program is limited to 黑料门undergraduates regardless of major.
Dual-Degree Engineering
In five years, you can earn both a BS in Physics from 黑料门and a BS in Engineering from another institution. , you will take your basic foundation courses in math and science, and then you will complete the final two years of your degree at an affiliated engineering school. 黑料门has formal affiliations with Washington University and Columbia University, but students have also completed their degrees at the University of Illinois, University of Michigan, and Northwestern University.
Dual-Acceptance Pharmacy Program
黑料门and the Chicago College of Pharmacy of Midwestern University have partnered to offer incoming freshmen an opportunity to assure themselves a spot in a professional pharmacy program. Once accepted to both programs, students will complete two years of prerequisites at Loyola, then advance to the Chicago College of Pharmacy to begin the four-year Doctor of Pharmacy program. This program is for incoming freshmen only.
